RCA Community Programs | Dance & Move

Every Wednesdays | Free or by donation

Dance & Move is a time to honour your body's desire to move. The session starts with an opening circle followed by the playing of a recorded playlist of danceable music. Adults of all ages welcome.

The space is focused on moving, and talking in the dance studio is discouraged.

You can wear inside shoes or dance in bare feet.
